to join our dedicated Maintenance Team. Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm with 1/2-hour lunch (total of 40 hours per week)
Responsibilities
Paint designated facility areas (prepping, mudding, sanding, painting, etc) Paint vacant apartments for new tenants to move in Clean painting materials for the next project Notify management of any deficiencies or needs for repairs Stock and maintain painting materials Work well in both a team environment as well as independently Follow all health and safety regulations Valid Drivers License required.
Skills
Proven working experience as a painter Knowledge of painting materials and supplies Able to work well independently and as a team
