Job Summary

Skaff Apartments is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented painterto join our maintenance team in the Fargo-Moorhead area. This role is responsible for preparing and painting apartment units, common areas, and home/twin homes to maintain high-quality living environments for our residents. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, works efficiently, and understands apartment turnover timelines.

What You'll Do

Interior painting of apartment, homes, and common areas, including walls, ceilings, and trim.

Surface preparation drywall repair, mudding, taping, and texturing.

Working on schedule to get units painted in a timely manor for new tenants

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications

This role is a good fit for someone who:

Previous professional painting experience preferred (apartment or commercial painting a plus)

Knowledge of proper surface preparation and paint application techniques

Ability to perform drywall repair and patching

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Strong attention to detail and quality

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
