Paint Now WNY is a high-standard residential painting company serving the Buffalo area. We're looking for a motivated painter who takes pride in clean work, shows up ready to perform, and wants to grow with a serious operation.

We do not hire low-energy, unreliable, or corner-cutting workers.
If you care about craftsmanship, move with purpose, and respect professional standards, you'll fit well here.

This position works directly with a crew lead on clean residential projects.

What We're Looking For

? Must have

your own reliable transportation

? Painting experience (prep, cutting, rolling, clean finish work) ? Strong work ethic and self-motivation ? Shows up on time and works a full productive day ? Comfortable taking direction and working as part of a team ? Professional behavior in customer homes ? Good communication and reliability
