Rank Fuse Digital Marketing is seeking a Paid Search Analyst to support our growing agency. This position will assist multiple marketing professionals in the day-to-day management of accounts and will play a critical role within a growing company as our client's trusted advisor and expert in paid media.

Duties and Responsibilities

The Paid Search Analyst will oversee client relationships for Google Ads, Social Media Ads, Spotify Ads, as well as coordinate and partner with team members to best meet our clients' needs. We are looking for candidates who are highly organized and motivated to see projects through completion.

A successful candidate will be able to:

Monitor and triage incoming client questions and project requests. Establish regular contact and foster relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met. Work with team members to ensure digital advertising scopes and reports are delivered on time. Understand brand strategies and business marketing goals for multiple clients. Partner with Internal Sales, Design, Content, SEO and Marketing Specialists on all aspects of campaign planning, launch execution, optimization, and be cable of preparing materials for client presentations, scope estimates and insights for clients. Manage client relationships and client satisfaction, including determining client goals, deliverables, approvals, and asset management to achieve best results and campaign success. Create and maintain project paperwork, files, and deliverables in order to measure progress and proactively ensure projects are delivered correctly and on time. Communicate directly with agencies, clients, and outside vendors as necessary on custom program implementation and become an expert on Rank Fuse Digital Marketing's client deliverables. Manage and/or assist with projects for our clients to ensure that they are delivered correctly and on time. Set, attend, and lead client meetings providing written recaps and follow up on action items to ensure timely delivery between Rank Fuse and clients. Communicate campaign performance via email or through participation in client meetings as needed. Gather, assemble, and analyze background information to prepare reports, plans and strategies as needed.

Paid Search Analyst Requirements and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or equivalent experience

2+ years of account management or digital marketing experience

Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing services

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs

Proficient in Google ads, GTM, GMB, GA, Data Studio,

Ability to think strategically and resolve problems.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently and effectively.

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients

Self-motivated and self-directed

Strong verbal, visual, and written skills

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
