About the Role

Pink Flamingo Farms is hiring a

Cannabis Production & Trim Technician

to support our cultivation and processing facility. This position includes both

hourly farm/packaging work

and

quota-based trimming of dry cannabis

. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who can stay flexible and adapt to daily operational needs.

Responsibilities

Perform general cultivation tasks (plant care, cleaning, harvest support) Assist with drying, curing, bucking, and packaging Trim dry cannabis to quality standards Meet trimming quotas while maintaining product consistency Follow compliance, safety, and sanitation procedures Maintain a clean, organized work area

Requirements

Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the cannabis industry + able to apply for the required state credential ID Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination Reliable attendance and flexibility with scheduling Ability to work in both hourly and quota-based roles

Preferred Experience (Not Required)

Cannabis trimming, cultivation, or packaging experience Agricultural, production, or assembly line work Experience with METRC or similar tracking systems

Pay Structure

Hourly farm/packaging work:

$17/hour

Trimming:

Quota-based pay ($80/lb Performance-based increases available
