We are a locally owned small business that is looking for people that have positive attitudes, work well with others and possess great communication skills. This job is an overnight position that requires operating a parking lot sweeper truck and using a back pack blower to clean parking lots on a nightly route.

IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A SECOND JOB, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY. WE REQUIRE THIS TO BE YOUR ONLY FULL TIME JOB, BEING THAT EXTENSIVE OVERNIGHT DRIVING IS INVOLVED.
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKDAY, WEEKEND AND HOLIDAY NIGHTS, WHICH INCLUDES OCCASIONAL OVERTIME.
We will train the right candidate, however the candidate must:
Be 24 YEARS OLD or older
Have a VALID drivers license with a CLEAN DRIVING RECORD. Your driving record will be pulled upon interview.
Be able to work the graveyard shift,
8:30 PM - 5:00 AM
Be Honest and Dependable
Self motivated, like working alone. When training is completed, you will be working independently and are expected to perform in a professional manner at all times.
Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
Be able to carry and lift 50 pounds, and climb in and out of a truck multiple times a night.
*Must be able to adhere to strict time management schedules
*Motivated to get the job done and work efficiently under pressure
Must have a working cell phone, to use mandatory apps that are required to check in and out of work sites.
Have basic mechanical knowledge of vehicles
*Have reliable transportation to and from work
