BrightStar Care is hiring a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one overnight care for a specific client. This position is available 7 nights a week and offers $35/hr. Responsibilities include supporting the client through overnight routines, assisting with transfers using a Hoyer lift, repositioning as needed, and potentially providing care related to colostomy and urostomy bags. We're looking for an LPN with home health experience who is confident managing complex care needs independently and committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate support. Key Responsibilities:

Provide nursing services to patients in a home setting. Perform routine nursing care to patients as prescribed by the healthcare provider. Monitor patient health and maintain accurate records of vital signs and health progress. Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention

Requirements

:

Valid LPN license in the state of practice. Experience in home health care or similar settings is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for providing empathetic, respectful care. Ability to work independently and efficiently with keen attention to detail.
