What You'll Do

Conduct roof and property inspections for residential homeowners. Educate clients on repair and replacement options, financing, and insurance processes. Run set appointments and generate new opportunities through networking and referrals. Present clear, consultative proposals and close sales with confidence. Coordinate with production teams to ensure a smooth handoff and great customer experience. Track your pipeline, appointments, and follow-ups in our CRM.

What You Bring

A

self-starter mindset

and strong desire to succeed in a performance-based role.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Comfort working outdoors and at heights (roof inspections required). Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. Local residency or willingness to relocate to the Indianapolis area. Prior experience in sales, athletics, or the military is an asset. Roofing or home-services experience is helpful but

not required

- training provided.

Compensation & Benefits

Commission-based position

with structured onboarding and paid training.

Training pay:

$500/week during your first four weeks.
Established reps typically earn

$3,000-$5,000 per week

Top performers currently achieve

$150,000-$200,000 annually

(performance-based).
