What You'll Do:

Recruit, train, and manage a door-to-door outside sales team Guide your team from lead generation to claim approval and payment collection Oversee roof inspections, homeowner engagement, and deal closings Motivate and hold reps accountable to performance metrics and sales goals Collaborate with leadership to scale the team and expand market presence Drive a high-energy, winning culture with integrity and hustle

=> What You Bring:

2+ years of roofing sales experience

, preferably in insurance restoration

Leadership or team management experience

in a high-volume sales environment Strong work ethic, coaching skills, and passion for performance Excellent communication and team-building skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record
