Must Have Technical/Functional Skills


1. 10+ years in Oracle delivery with at least 2+ years on Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM).
2. Good understanding of PeopleSoft Finance and Oracle Fusion.
3. Strong knowledge of data migration, conversions, and coexistence with legacy ERP (PeopleSoft).
4. Solid understanding of Corporate Finance processes: Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash.
5. Agile/Scrum delivery experience; ability to serve as Scrum Master across Finance tech teams.

Roles & Responsibilities


1. Own end-to-end Project Management activities of PeopleSoft Finance and Oracle Fusion Financials technical workstreams; plan and track scope, schedule, and budget.
2. Serve as Scrum Master for Corporate Finance PeopleSoft and Finance Analytics teams: run stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
3. Lead requirement elaboration with Finance stakeholders; translate business needs into technical designs and user stories.
4. Design and govern integrations between Oracle Fusion and PeopleSoft; oversee build, test, and deployment pipelines.
5. Coordinate SIT/UAT, defect triage, and release management; ensure compliance and security best practices.
6. Mentor engineers/analysts; collaborate with onsite/offshore/vendor resources and remove delivery impediments.

Generic Managerial Skills, If Any



1. Executive-level communication and stakeholder management across Finance, IT, and PMO.
2. Risk, issue, and dependency management with proactive mitigation and status reporting.
3. Resource planning, capacity management, and vendor/partner coordination (onsite/offshore).
4. Roadmap, backlog, and prioritization management aligned to quarterly objectives (OKRs).
5. Budget tracking, purchase approvals, and adherence to governance/SOX controls.
6. Data-driven decision making; use metrics (velocity, burn-down, defect density) to improve outcomes.
7. Change management and training enablement for Finance partner teams.
8. Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and leadership presence.
