Summary:

Seeking an experienced

Project Manager / Scrum Master

to lead large-scale initiatives in

Marketing and Data Analytics

domains. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams, ensure timely and budget-aligned delivery, and drive agile project execution under minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with goals, scope, budget, and timeline. Serve as the primary communication hub for stakeholders and project teams. Establish and manage project governance (Sponsors, Steering, and Stakeholder Groups). Plan and execute release management, including coordination, validation, and communication. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively. Develop detailed project schedules, resource plans, and budgets; track progress and financials. Facilitate agile ceremonies and maintain Jira boards and other PM tools. Collaborate across teams and vendors to deliver quality outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years of hands-on Project Management and Scrum Master experience in complex IT initiatives. Proven experience managing large, distributed teams and multiple workstreams. Strong command of PM and Agile tools (Jira, WorkOtter, SharePoint, Excel). Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with vendor management and contract oversight.

Preferred Experience:

Cloud Data Platforms supporting Marketing, Customer Analytics, or Personalization. Background in omni-channel retail environments. Familiarity with business process transformation and change management practices.

Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
