The Lastinger Center for Learning is looking for a Full-time OPS team member to support our Business Operations team. This individual will be as needed for various projects throughout the center. This is an as needed time limited position.
This position supports various aspects of facility operations including maintenance, renovation, relocation, security, equipment, and key requisitions. This position works in conjunction with University of Florida staff, Lastinger Center staff, and external vendors.
Responsibilities include supporting multiple office spaces in the areas of:

• Maintenance
• Renovation
• Relocation
• Security
• Equipment
• Key requisition
• Deliveries
• Vendors
• Policy development
• Emergency preparedness
• Sustainability
• Purchasing and payment
• Office space assignment and tracking
• Storage
• Signage
• Office management (as needed)
• Other duties as assigned

Expected Salary:
$25- $30 per hour
Required Qualifications:
Must have a high school diploma.
Preferred:

• Strong communication skills
• Customer service experience
• Attention to detail
• Time management skills
• Previous facilities experience
• Ability to follow UF policies and procedures
• Ability to adapt in frequent change
• Strong skills in organization and problem-solving
