Hiring Operations/Office Support We are a 40-year highly professional insurance agency with our own estate planning law firm, located in Diamond Bar. We are expanding our team.

Pay:

$24/hour to $28/hour, commensurate with experience.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

No cold calls. No experience needed. We will train! Implement different office projects, such as new workflow processes and marketing projects Assist with various accounting tasks Many additional growth opportunities in our 4 departments: law firm, life insurance, business insurance, or personal home and auto.

Qualifications:

2-year or 4-year college degree. Proficient in computers (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Strong attention to detail. Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong communication skills, responsible and hardworking Multi-language preferred
