Job Description
We are currently seeking an Operations Technician for a 1yr contract in Littleton, CO.
***Must be U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder***
Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for installation and/or maintenance of assignments on network switching equipment.
- Technician for customer/company network systems maintenance activities. Monitors network operations and resolves routine network monitoring problems.
- Monitors network performance; conducts routine monitoring equipment installation and maintenance activities; resolves routine trouble tickets.
- Prior networking experience
- Associate degree or equivalent education and relevant experience.
- Fast paced call center or technical support experience preferred
