We are hiring an Operations Supervisor for our Boca Raton, FL location. See below for more details about who we are as a company and the position details:

Salary: Starts at 60k commensurate with experience

How you will spend your days as an Operations Supervisor:

• Oversees all work activities including supervising the employees, warehouse, inventory, safety, fleet and dispatch logistics
• Ensure orders are being pulled accurately and efficiently
• Oversee receiving and stocking of inventory making sure inventory is stocked properly and bin locations are accurate
• Manage call orders and maintain a high level of customer service
• Completes cycle counts as requested by the Operations Manager
• Coordinate with management on any inventory adjustments needed due to cycle counts
• Coordinate with management on eliminating non-moving inventory, identify and manage surplus and obsolete inventory and work with management to achieve the best-optimized inventory
• Oversee Tool Repair department and organize track tools before and after repairs
• Establishes work schedule and develops cost-effective plan to meet store operations goals
• Schedules and coordinates deliveries and/or pick-ups and then crosschecks this schedule with sales and shipping departments
• Maintains forklift equipment and daily inspections
• Works to ensure a safe work environment and encourages adherence to safety guidelines
• Supervises personnel and ensures adherence to department/ company policies and procedures
• Maintains discipline, fosters good employee relations and boosts morale in addition to performing other supervisory duties

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum education required-High School Diploma
• CDL preferred
• 1-3 years of experience supervising workers and workgroups in a related work environment: i.e. warehouse, lumber yard, construction, etc.
• Ability to boost morale, build rapport, and lead and mentor large teams
• Excellent computer skills to include Microsoft Office and POS Systems
• Ability to develop, promote and maintain good customer relations
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
