In this in-person role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be working at our travel store and:

• Oversee store opening and closing procedures, assisting team members as needed.
• Responsible for store staff scheduling and retail floor coverage.
• Assists with store appearance and merchandise displays.
• Supports local community engagement.
• Implements measures to provide excellent customer experience.
• Assists with assignment workflows for store employees.
• Assist in annual budget planning with Store Manager.
• Responsible for monthly reconciliations of apparel tracking, insurance license renewals, office supply orders, and month end reporting.
• Conducts new hire training and ongoing training staff members.
• Assist in weekly store huddles and lead team meetings in store managers\xe2\x80\x99 absence.
• Provide feedback to store manager regarding store staff.

Successful candidates must have:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in customer service, sales, or travel industry.
• 2+ year leading and mentoring employees.
• Travel agent certification a plus.
• Advanced experience in travel industry technologies preferred.

This position is eligible for an annual company-wide discretionary bonus and sales bonuses. The target hiring range is $56,992 - $78,353.
