From server and networking configurations, imaging, inventory management, through on-site implementation, our Operations Team is committed to providing unwavering support throughout the project. WEI has an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager to join our Operations department. Provide leadership and effective management of the embedded value-added projects to achieve company goals and high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Sales Operations, Engineering Services, Integration, Imaging, Logistics, and all other support teams. Executes the strategy that increases customer satisfaction and minimize project risks. Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Understand the importance of a strong sense of urgency, communicating effectively and having a keen attention to detail \xc2\xb7 Oversees change management on the overall project scope, according to a predefined change process, to meet project goals \xc2\xb7 Creates and maintains project implementation plans, design documents, project budget, status reports, and all other project management-related documentation. This includes updating all internal systems to ensure all documented information aligns with the current project status \xc2\xb7 Resolves all client satisfaction issues and develops a partner relationship for the long-term benefit of the client and organization \xc2\xb7 Proactively manage day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple or large-scale projects, including internal WEI projects from beginning to end \xc2\xb7 Proactively manage changes in project scope, change orders, identify potential issues, and devise contingency plans \xc2\xb7 Plan, schedule, and track inventory delivery to customer sites \xc2\xb7 Effectively communicate delivery expectations to project resources and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion \xc2\xb7 Assists in coordination of on-site third-party resources when applicable \xc2\xb7 Conducts regular scheduled status calls and high-level customer interaction \xc2\xb7 Provide leadership, guidance, and resolution in responding to project related issues Requirements and Skills Preferred: \xc2\xb7 Finds technology and innovation intriguing and likes to have fun while approaching your work with passion and enthusiasm. \xc2\xb7 Team player with the ability to work with others and solving problems. \xc2\xb7 Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills \xc2\xb7 Strong ability to work independently or in a team-oriented, collaborative environment \xc2\xb7 Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks \xc2\xb7 Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities \xc2\xb7 Strong leadership, critical thinking, decision-making and process management skills. \xc2\xb7 Self-starter, self-motivated, able to influence others and help solve problems, and create win-win solutions. \xc2\xb7 Ability to troubleshoot and improve internal processes that will increase customer satisfaction. \xc2\xb7 Demonstrated excellence in, oral, written and presentation communication skills. \xc2\xb7 Technical background in Server, Desktop, Storage and Networking Technologies preferred. \xc2\xb7 MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, SharePoint, or equivalents.
