We are seeking an Administrative Assistant with a strong Human Resources background. You will perform Admin and HR duties to help drive company success. We would prefer someone bilingual in Spanish. This job is only for New Jersey residents. This position is not a good fit for someone who already has a job in another field (ie. real estate agent), nor is this a good fit for someone who already owns a business. This position requires full attention and the ability to make minimal mistakes to ensure client satisfaction with your work. Responsibilities: Provide customer support, including but not limited to the following: *Providing HR support to clients *Cross training on other accounts *Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships *Answer inbound telephone calls *Perform all other office tasks/client requests Qualifications: *3 Years of HR Experience *Ability to prioritize and multitask *Excellent written and verbal communication skills *Strong attention to detail *Strong organizational skills *Recruiting *Honest *Self-Starter *Thinking Outside The Box *Bilingual in Spanish a PLUS The right individual for this position must have at least 4 years of office experience. Must be willing to use your own internet connection at home and be able to hook up an office phone directly to your internet router for a VOIP connection (voice over internet). Office phone and laptop to be provided by Angie\'s At Your Service. Additional skills necessary for this job are including but not limited to the following: Experience in all Microsoft Office applications and Gsuite a Must Additional Details: Job is 100% virtual/work from home. This is a part-time position but the position is expected to go full time in upcoming months. Serious applicants only - perfect for someone who is looking to make a permanent transition to working from home. PLEASE NOTE: This position is not a good fit for someone who is at home with small children that require attention throughout the day. This position is demanding and requires attention to detail. Job Type: Part-time (but will grow to full time) Salary: From $17.50 per hour Schedule:

  • 10am - 3pm (will move to 8:30-5pm once full time)
  • Monday to Friday
