About the Company
Scrub Masters Plus Corp is a fast-growing commercial cleaning company serving New York and New Jersey. We specialize in medical facilities, manufacturing plants, large commercial buildings, and complex multi-site operations. We are MWBE-certified and are building a leadership team capable of scaling a company to $100 million in revenue.
We are looking for a high-level operator who can see gaps, enforce standards, and drive execution without excuses.
Position Summary
This role is responsible for reviewing daily operational reports, identifying breakdowns, holding leadership accountable, and closing gaps across operations, admin, scheduling, supplies, training, and client service.

This position requires strong judgment, follow-through, and the ability to turn information into action.
Review daily reports from management, admin, and field leadership
Identify missing information, weak execution, delays, and repeated issues
Flag operational risks before they become client problems
Require clear ownership, deadlines, and resolution paths
Gap Identification & Process Improvement
Identify inefficiencies in scheduling, supply ordering, communication, and follow-up
Track recurring problems (missed orders, unclear ownership, lack of escalation)
Recommend and implement improved systems and procedures
Ensure issues are resolved permanently, not repeatedly explained
Leadership & Team Oversight
Hold managers and administrators accountable to defined standards
Ensure leadership roles are functioning at the level required for scale
Escalate performance concerns with facts, not emotion
Support restructuring and role realignment when needed
Execution & Follow-Through
Track action items from daily reports through completion
Ensure vendors, insurance partners, payroll, and compliance items are followed up
Prevent bottlenecks caused by vacations, absences, or unclear responsibility
Maintain operational momentum at all times
CEO Support
Provide the CEO with clear, concise summaries of risks, gaps, and wins
Separate activity from impact
Protect the company from stagnation and operational drift
Required Skills & Experience
7+ years in operations, management, or performance oversight
Experience in service-based, multi-site, or field operations preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Comfortable addressing underperformance directly and professionally
Highly organized with strong written communication
Able to work independently and make decisions
Familiarity with payroll systems, scheduling tools, and compliance processes a plus
