Honolulu, HI
Compensation: Base of $50k/year + $5-10k bonus potential + opportunities for advancement
Schedule: Full time, with varying shifts from Monday - Sunday (5 days a week)
This is an ideal opportunity for someone hungry to show off their leadership skills. This position will oversee some of the day-to-day operations (including scheduling, interviewing, training, customer experience, marketing, and business development) as well as be hands-on, leading the crew in a physical capacity from within, working directly with your team removing junk for our amazing customers.
Responsibilities:
- Leading exceptional customer service!
- Driving toward sales targets in both commercial and residential markets
- Motivating, coaching and growing the team
- Overseeing the maintenance of company vehicles
- Promoting the business and brand locally
Qualifications:
- 3 - 5 years of experience leading and coaching a team
- Experience in a variety of business functions (customer service, sales, operations, people)
- Must have a valid drivers license with a clean driving record (for the past 2 years) with no DUIs in order to be considered for this position
- A positive, whatever-it-takes attitude
- Physically fit and likes to help others
- Strong desire to learn and grow
