Drive the delivery of excellence! Apply your expertise to lead and influence a high-performing team as Operations Manager of Uline\'s rapidly growing Nevada branch.

Better together than apart. This position is on-site. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

Position Responsibilities

Oversee operations of Uline\xe2\x80\x99s Nevada branch, including the Warehouse, Customer Service, Sales, HR, IT and Facilities departments.

Supervise branch departments to consistently ensure impeccable customer service.

Ensure the 900,000+ square-foot distribution center grounds always exceed company standards.

Support recruitment and retention of top-tier talent and assist with employee relations.

Provide hands-on senior management and drive accountability through performance feedback.

Minimum Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferred.

5+ years of experience in operations or general management.

Warehouse, call center and / or sales experience a plus.

Limited overnight travel.
