The Role (impact you'll have)
You'll be the friendly first voice our customers hear and the engine that keeps the dispatch board, Techs and projects moving--accurately, on time, every time.
You will
Answer inbound calls with warmth, speed, and precision.
Support call center efforts, all assigned duties tasks.
Support Performance Manger and Service Coordinator
Keep records clean: notes, files, follow-ups, and compliance
Pitch in with the team so every customer experience is friction-free
What You Bring
Strong organization and admin skills;
fast, accurate typing
Clear phone presence and customer-care mindset
Detail-driven, reliable, coachable; you like structure and checklists
Creativity, influence, and fun energy
Pay & Schedule
$25/hr.

(on-site)
Saturdays 7-1
(Later at peak season, if needed)
