Operations Coordinator

The Operations Coordinator will serve as the central support hub between dispatch, safety, maintenance, and recruiting teams to ensure seamless daily operations of Minnesota Logistics across all teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Driver Hiring & Onboarding Coordination:

Act as the main point of contact with our third-party recruiting partner (CDL Manager) to track, follow up, and expedite driver pipeline from application to onboarding

Safety & Compliance Coordination:

Work closely with the Safety Team to ensure new drivers complete safety orientation, Random Drug Test, IFTA , tickets and coordinate safety training or corrective actions

Maintenance & Equipment Coordination:

Track tractor/trailer service status, schedule PMs, and escalate breakdowns to maintenance team; ensure equipment downtime is communicated to dispatch

Asset & Inventory Tracking (Monday.com):

Maintain real-time dashboard of tractors, trailers, tablets, fuel cards, ELDs, cameras, etc. Track which asset is assigned to which driver, including status at Ham Lake Terminal vs. Lakeville parking

Dispatch Support :

Help dispatchers with broker onboarding and load issues.

Support Special and Ah hoc Projects :

Assist with business projects or urgent operational needs as they arise, providing flexible support across departments when required
Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $22.32 - $25.29 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
