Overview




Sheehan Brothers Vending is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Administrator to support the daily operations of our vending and micro-market business. This position plays a key role in ensuring our routes run smoothly, inventory remains accurate, and loss is minimized through strong reporting and monitoring practices.

Key Responsibilities






Route & Scheduling Management



+ Create and maintain daily schedules for vending and micro-market routes to ensure efficient service coverage + Collaborate with the Operations Manager to communicate updates and resolve scheduling conflicts




Inventory & Data Analysis



+ Review sales, inventory, and waste reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities + Make data-driven par level changes to optimize product availability and reduce spoilage
+ Perform ongoing inventory adjustments to maintain accuracy across all vending machines and markets

Shrink, Waste, & Loss Control



+ Run daily and weekly reports to identify shrink and waste patterns + Track variances and escalate concerns to the Operations Manager
+ Review security footage from micro-markets in high-theft environments to help identify loss sources

Operational Support



+ Maintain accurate and organized documentation related to scheduling and inventory + Assist the Operations Manager with special projects and operational initiatives

Qualifications and Requirements



+ Preferred 1-3 years of experience in scheduling, inventory management, or a related field (vending or route-based industry experience is a plus) + Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations
+ Proficiency with route management systems, inventory software, or similar operational tools
+ High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
+ Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
+ High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
+ Valid Drivers License

Experience and Requirements:



High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate) Valid Drivers License

Days:



Monday thru Friday 8am to 4:30pm

Pay:




Starting pay is $20/hr + based on experience




Physical Demands:



While performing the duties of this job, the individual will remain in a stationary position for 80 percent of the time while performing admin duties.
