13 Weeks (High possibility of extension)

Pay Rate: $62 - $70/hour

Operating Room - RN for an exciting Travel and/or Local job in

Bricktown, NJ 07754.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, implement, and document nursing care based on individual patient needs. Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop personalized care plans. Initiate nursing interventions in accordance with medical diagnoses and patient condition. Provide safe and efficient intraoperative care, assisting in procedures as needed. Monitor and manage patient status throughout the surgical process. Maintain detailed and accurate records in accordance with hospital policy and regulatory standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes. Advocate for and implement evidence-based practices in the OR. Deliver compassionate, patient-centric care in alignment with nursing standards.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum of 2 recent years of Operating Room RN experience (required).

Licensure:

Active

New Jersey RN License

or

Compact Multistate RN License

(required).

Certifications:

+

BLS

(American Heart Association - required prior to start)
