Description SAIC is in search of an Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) Analyst to integrate intelligence data, analyze, and produce open-source intelligence in response to priority intelligence requirements on political, military, economic, social, criminal, or other issues. Primary responsibilities include:

• Perform analysis and research tasks as required to acquire, prepare, and produce Open Source Research reports for dissemination in accordance with established guidelines, policies, and guidance
• Identify, obtain, and maintain access to online, broadcast, and available hard-copy media sources required to conduct Open Source Research, foreign and domestic, that reflect the facts of events, as well as the perceptions, trends, and public opinion of selected target audiences
• Apply knowledge of history, local customs, and current events in targeting, assessment, and trend analysis processes
• Utilize tools, databases, and websites to collect and analyze information to include online videos, broadcasts, and social media platforms
• Create intelligence and investigative reports which represent the steps taken, the data sources reviewed, and the conclusions drawn from the evaluation of the information collected and analyzed
• Maintain situational awareness of diplomatic, military, social, economic, intelligence, infrastructure, scientific, and technical developments within assigned area/team in order to produce effective, time-sensitive analysis and targeting
• Represent analysis and research results using tabular, pictorial or graphical techniques

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin

• Bachelor\'s degree with 2+ years\' experience, academic or professional

• Active TS/SCI with poly

• Knowledge of translating documents, conversations, and media into English

• Experience writing reports and information papers

• Well organized, team focused, and possess critical thinking skills

• Possess strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with government and industry personnel at all levels of seniority

• Ability to communicate effectively and concisely using a variety of styles and technique appropriate to the audience

• Demonstrated experience in the use of Microsoft Office and standard computer applications
  

Target salary range: $100,001 - $125,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
