Barbaricum seeks an experienced Counterintelligence Analyst to support a Missile Defense Agency (MDA) customer based at Dahlgren, VA. This Analyst will specifically support Counterintelligence activities which may include investigations, operations, collection, analysis and production, and defensive functional services in order to detect, identify, assess, exploit, penetrate, degrade, and counter or neutralize foreign intelligence collection efforts, sabotage, espionage, and terrorist activities directed against the Agency\'s activities and assets. This individual will work as part of a team to secure MDA personnel, information, materials, facilities, and activities worldwide.

Qualifications

• Active DoD TS/SCI Clearance
• Bachelor\'s degree relevant to the Intelligence field preferred
• 8+ years working on missile defense-related or other complex, large DoD program

Desired Qualifications

• Proficient in standard All-Source intelligence research tools: Tripwire Analytic Capability (TAC), Query Tree, CIDNE, M3 / AMHS, Analyst Notebook, open-source research, Pulse, QLIX, or Google Earth
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well both independently and in a team environment
• Knowledge of DIA Analytic Tradecraft Standards
• Experience working in a production center or fusion cell
• Authored or coauthored products that have been disseminated to the intelligence community
• Completed an Intelligence Analysis certificate from a government-sponsored training or academic institution
