LandMarque National is seeking a full-time Property Manager to oversee several mobile home communities across Poteau, Tahlequah, Heavner, and Mansfield.

We're looking for someone dependable, organized, and driven to earn through performance-based pay. This is a hands-on role that involves traveling between properties to handle daily operations, leasing, collections, and upkeep.

Responsibilities:

Manage operations across multiple mobile home communities Handle rent collection, leasing, and tenant relations Coordinate maintenance and vendor work for each site Maintain clean, safe, and high-occupancy communities Post available homes, process applications, and show units Track payments, reports, and property activity
Qualifications:

Prior property management or leasing experience preferred Strong organization and communication skills Reliable transportation (travel required between sites) Self-motivated, responsible, and detail-oriented Comfortable using phone, text, and email for tenant communication. Compensation & Schedule: Performance-based pay (earn based on results and occupancy) Full-time schedule with flexibility for fieldwork Long-term growth opportunities with LandMarque National
