Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated On-Site Property Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our tiny house community 28 mins outside YOSEMITE. This energetic role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, ensuring exceptional property performance, resident satisfaction, and compliance with airbnb. As the face of the tiny house village, you will oversee check in/out, maintenance coordination, client messages, and help renters have a great experience. Your presents will be instrumental in creating a welcoming, well-maintained environment that reflects our commitment to our renters.

Duties

Manage all aspects of property operations, including check in and out, cleaning, laundry and on site management. Oversee property maintenance and facilities management, coordinating repairs and upgrades to ensure safety and aesthetic standards are met. Maintain messaging with renters and complete needs and requests on Lodify app. Laundry in house Coordinate property upkeep, repairs, landscaping, and security. Conduct regular inspections to ensure property cleanliness, safety standards. Foster a customer service-oriented environment by maintaining excellent phone etiquette and proactive communication with renters and prospects.

Requirements

Experience in property management or desire to learn Proficiency in property management software Lodgify and Turno, familiarity with is a plus. Excellent customer service skills combined with effective management abilities. Demonstrated ability to handle messaging with guest and full fill request Knowledge of facilities management practices related to property maintenance and safety protocols. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in record-keeping and reporting tasks. Effective communication skills demonstrating professionalism via phone and messaging etiquette and interpersonal interactions. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining a lively energy . Pay: $24,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
