On Site Caretaker
Job Description
1. Maintain a preventative maintenance program on buildings, grounds and equipment.
2. Respond to tenant needs, including: emergency response, maintenance request, and grounds supervision.
3. Perform and document fire drills and life safety equipment checks e.g. smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, and emergency backup lights.
4. Review safety and security issues that will affect tenants and staff.
5. Maintain and clean the buildings and grounds in a condition representative of the owner and Allegiant Property Management, LLC.
6. Perform unit preparations between tenants in a timely manner reflecting the building occupancy conditions and standards of the industry.
7. Assist in obtaining bids for contracted services and provide feedback on quality of completed job.
8. Ideal candidate will live on-site in a one-bedroom unit with a reduced rent.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
