Wisconsin Wellness is a mission-driven outpatient center based in Wisconsin, dedicated to helping individuals build lasting recovery. We provide Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and continuing care services. As we grow, we're seeking compassionate, licensed counselors to join our on-site team and support clients in person.

Position Summary

We are hiring an

IOP Counselor

to lead in-person group therapy sessions and provide individual counseling for clients in our Intensive Outpatient Program. This role offers the opportunity to work face-to-face with clients while making a direct impact in their recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate in-person IOP group therapy sessions at our Wisconsin center Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide one-on-one counseling and case management in a supportive environment Connect clients with community resources (housing, legal support, employment assistance, etc.) Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the EHR system Collaborate with the clinical team and attend staff meetings on-site Assist with discharge planning and aftercare follow-up

Day Shift IOP:

Evening Shift IOP:

TBD

Part-time role:

Monday-Thursday, from 16 hours/week (on-site)

Qualifications (Required)

Active license in Wisconsin:

CSAC, SAC-IT, LPC, LCSW

, or equivalent Minimum 2 years of experience in addiction counseling or behavioral health Must reside in Wisconsin and be authorized to work in the U.S. Familiarity with clinical documentation and treatment planning

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in IOP or similar treatment settings Training in trauma-informed care and co-occurring disorders
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
