As a Drive Up & Go Clerk, you will select \xe2\x80\x9cthe best of the best\xe2\x80\x9d products for our online shoppers. This is a fast paced environment. To be successful in the position you must take pride in your work, be customer service oriented, care about what is selected for our customers, be willing and able to perform very physical work, and be quick on your feet. The DUG Clerk provides high-quality customer service in accordance with Albertsons Companies customer service standards and policies and procedures. Key Accountability: \xe2\x80\xa2 Accurately select the highest quality groceries ordered online by customers. Knowledge expert for store products in Perishable and Non-perishable item selection. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to select substitute products for customers if the ordered item is unavailable and customer elects. Collaboration with DUG Lead or Supervisor to review missing items and fulfill items with \xe2\x80\x9csecond shop,\xe2\x80\x9d to complete orders with 97% accuracy. Responsible for eliminating missing items to 0%. \xe2\x80\xa2 Pack bagged groceries carefully into totes. Lift, load and carry groceries to the customer\xe2\x80\x99s car. Knowledge and Experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Customer service and retail experience preferred. Strong advocate providing positive interactions and collaboration with DUG lead or Supervisor. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience working with teams. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and maintain a working knowledge of Albertsons Companies products and offerings. \xe2\x80\xa2 Adhere to uniform and grooming policy as defined within company policy. Skills and Background \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent customer service skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong attention to detail. \xe2\x80\xa2 Well organized, able to multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to understand and follow instructions, and ability to read, retain and comprehend customer orders, product and customer labels, and Company policies, procedures and guidelines. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to provide regular and predictable attendance (employees may be scheduled to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays and schedules may vary on a weekly basis). \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to pick the best quality products and understand date codes Physical Requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Stand/Walk: Continuous, Grip/Grasp: Continuous. \xe2\x80\xa2 Lift/Carry: Frequent/carry 1-50 lbs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Push/Pull: Frequent, push/pull 10-15 lbs. products/shopping carts (depending on tote and items per tote, as well amount of product on carts, lbs. will increase). \xe2\x80\xa2 Bend/Stoop: Occasional, Reach: Occasional. \xe2\x80\xa2 Squat/Kneel/Twist/Turn: Seldom.
