We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support and assisting with various clerical tasks. This position requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in Google Workspace, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Duties
Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document management.
Manage calendars and schedule appointments for team members.
Provide customer support by answering inquiries via phone systems and email.
Assist with proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and clarity.
Support dental or medical receptionists with patient scheduling and record management as needed.
Maintain organized office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is readily available for staff use.
Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and enhance overall efficiency.
Qualifications
Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
Proficiency in Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
Familiarity with phone systems and customer support practices.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Attention to detail with strong proofreading abilities.
Previous experience as a dental receptionist or medical receptionist is a plus but not required.
