The firm is seeking a highly effective, analytical and innovative Vice President for reporting framework management, metrics and analytics. The VP will manage ODG\'s Metrics and Analytics pillar and contribute to thought leadership, strategic initiative development and execution, and promoting the team\'s objectives globally across lines of business and corporate functions. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, self-driven, collaborative, and communicative team member with demonstrated experience in risk or financial reporting. Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the ODG Metrics and Analytics Pillar, including representation of the department\'s strategic vision and driving the agenda for the pillar across reporting, controls, automation, and continuous improvement
  • Responsible for gathering and critically analyzing diverse collections of qualitative and quantitative data; translate data into meaningful key performance indicators (KPIs) for LOB, corporate function and senior management reporting
  • Lead regular status updates and liaise with firmwide stakeholders to manage adherence with the governance framework, including providing guidance and interpretation of requirements
  • Build subject matter expertise in governance requirements and manage socialization of Policies and Standards firmwide
  • Develop clear and compelling communication materials for LOB, Corporate Function, and Firm level status updates and forums
  • Draft strong written content for policy and procedural documents, business requirements, technical specifications, project artefacts, internal and external communications
  • Partner with the Lines of Business and Corporate Functions, manage relationships to deliver consistent and excellent stakeholder experience
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities

  • Bachelor\'s degree required, advanced degrees or professional certifications a plus
  • Minimum 5 years\' experience in Risk, Finance, Audit or similar Reporting-related function
  • Prior experience in governance / reporting roles, framework / policy development, strategy, process improvement or project management advantageous
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills in concise management presentation formats as well as detailed narrative form
  • Demonstrated skill in working with large, complex data sets to produce executive level reporting
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Project); experience with data analytics/visualization tools a plus (e.g. Tableau, Alteryx)
  • Professional maturity and confidence in expressing a point of view with varied stakeholders and audiences
  • Highly adaptable interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate as part of a team and engage across different business and functional areas
