We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Office Manager/Front Office Dental Supervisor to lead our dental practice's administrative operations. This vital role combines office management expertise with a passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences. As the central point of contact, you will oversee daily front office functions, supervise administrative staff, and ensure smooth clinic operations. Your leadership will foster an organized, efficient environment that supports both patient care and team success. Responsibilities
Supervise, answer and train employees on Call Conversion to schedule new patients contacting the practice, training front office staff, including receptionists and administrative assistants, ensuring high-quality patient service and efficient workflow
Manage daily front office operations, including refining appointment scheduling, patient check-in/out, and knowing that emergencies and same day dental work is the keynote of this practice.
Coordinate with clinical staff to facilitate smooth patient flow and support medical management activities
Handle human resources responsibilities including staff scheduling, performance evaluations, training, and conflict resolution
Implement office policies and procedures aligned with healthcare management standards.
Support practice growth initiatives by analyzing operational data and recommending process improvements
Proven experience in medical office management or healthcare administration within a dental or medical clinic setting
Strong supervisory skills with experience managing administrative teams in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in systems such as Eaglesoft, Dentrix, Open Dental; any of the softwares and ability to learn other ones if not familiar with them.
Must have familiarity with dental terminology and procedures to answer and explain and education patients with questions regarding their treatment.
Ability to multitask effectively under pressure
Experience in human resources functions such as staffing, training, and conflict resolution
Ability to communicate clearly with patients, clinical staff, and vendors.
Requirements:
A minimum of 5+ years of dental practice experience at all aspects of the front office procedures.
Skilled with dental software systems (e.g., Dentrix, etc.)
On time and committed to the working hours (8-5, some days 9-6)
Versatile and willing to improvise to see that the providers have staff to facilitate them if a procedure is delayed or goes overtime.
Most of all, a high-care factor and empathy toward patients to give them the best patient experience possible.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
