$20-$23 per hour + Monthly Performance Bonuses (based on lead conversion and client retention)

Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Occasional Saturdays as needed

About the Role

We're looking for a dependable, bilingual (English/Spanish) team member who enjoys variety and takes pride in keeping things organized and running smoothly. As our Office & Field Coordinator/Supervisor, you'll manage daily schedules, handle customer calls and leads, support the cleaning crews, and help make sure every client has a great experience.



This is a hands-on role -- perfect for someone who likes working in a small business where every day is different, and every effort makes an impact.

What You'll Do

Answer calls, emails, and online leads, turning inquiries into booked appointments.

Manage the daily and weekly cleaning schedule for multiple crews.
Check in with cleaners in the field and ensure high-quality service.
Follow up with clients after cleanings to encourage recurring service.
Keep track of leads and communication in our CRM system.
Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and supporting new team members.
Work closely with the owner to keep daily operations on track.

What We're Looking For

Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.

Great communicator -- confident on the phone and clear with staff.
Organized, reliable, and proactive problem solver.
Comfortable multitasking and using computers or simple software.
Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license -- occasional field visits or quality checks may be required.
Experience in customer service, scheduling, or sales is a plus.
Team-oriented with a positive attitude.

Compensation & Growth

$20-$23 per hour depending on experience.
