Office Manager/account Manager Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Office Manager Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work. The Office Manager Assistant will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing staff, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies. The successful candidate will also be expected to ensure that all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Main Duties would include monitoring Work Orders via email and phone calls.

Experience:

Office Setting 2 years minimum experience Computers - ability to search and navigate through out to find needed answers Microsoft Word Quick books AR/AP
Responsibilities:

Maintain office supplies and equipment. Manage office staff and ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner. Process incoming emails into work orders, estimates as needed. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner. Organize office files and records. Develop and implement office policies and procedures. Monitor office budget and manage expenses. Provide administrative support to other departments.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
