Physician Practice Manager
The Urology Group is recruiting for a full time Practice Manager to join our team to manage the day-to-day operations of a busy clinical operation. The Practice Manager will support 4 physicians, 4 NP\'s, 1 PA and manage 30+ employees in our Anderson, Muncie, and New Castle Indiana Physician Offices.
Essential Job Functions Include:
- Management of the overall operational responsibility for the routine business and clinical functions through administrative and clinical staff
- Interact with physicians to understand and meet their clinical practice needs
- Responsible for maintaining and promoting positive communications through patient care/customer service, financial stewardship and facility management
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Management or Healthcare Administration, or 3 years of previous physician office management experience.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communications skills, strong management and organizational skills
- Local travel required with mileage reimbursement
- No nights, weekends or holidays
- 3 weeks PTO
