Job Description


Virginia Appliance Repair LLC is a family-owned and operated business serving the DMV since 2017. We are looking for an experienced customer service representative to join our team. The Customer Support Representative works with the Appliance Repair Department and will act as a liaison between customers and technicians. The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers. They are patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. Problem-solving comes naturally to customer care specialists. They are confident in troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints. The goal is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Greet customers with a warm and positive attitude
  • Answer general and specific questions about the company\'s services
  • Collect accurate and complete information by utilizing tools/technologies provided
  • Respond to customers\xe2\x80\x99 complaints politely and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Deliver a smooth scheduling process
  • Communicate with technicians regularly to follow up on open service calls
  • Update system with detailed records of customer interactions
  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Successful drug and background screening
  • Excellent people skills \xe2\x80\x93 Being a people person is a must!
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred
  • Familiar with using software to connect with customers and gather their information
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, solve problems, and follow directions.
