About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to assist with a variety of office and bidding support tasks. This position plays an important role in ensuring accuracy and efficiency within our financial and estimating processes. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills and experience working with Sage Intacct.
Key Responsibilities:
Pull and analyze
P&L (Profit & Loss)
data from
Sage Intacct
Review P&L reports to ensure
accurate material cost entries
Assist with
profiling plans and maintaining database records
Support the
Accounts Payable (AP)
function through
invoice data entry
Perform general
office administrative tasks
as assigned
Qualifications:
Proficient in
Microsoft Excel
(formulas, pivot tables, data organization)
Experience with
Sage Intacct
preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
