Job Description

Hyundai Rotem is a global heavy industry company that specializes in manufacturing rolling stock, military equipment and plant engineering. It is able to produce all types of rolling stock, including electric multiple units (EMUs), high-speed trains, engine locomotives, wireless trams and magnetic levitation (maglev) trains. In addition, it is ushering in the new era of eco-friendly hydrogen fuel by developing trains powered by hydrogen fuel cells along with hydrogen infrastructure and hydrogen markets.

Job Responsibilities:

Maintains accurate records and electronic database for project Utilizes SAP ERP for accounting document entry and budget reporting Request new hire account information Communicate with HQ Environmental, Social and Governance team to ensure US Regional office is compliant Setup new hire laptop Basic IT setup/coordination Other duties as required.

Experience/Skill Requirements:

Detail oriented, excellent organizational skills, and strong written & verbal communication skills. Basic computer/IT knowledge Basic knowledge in IT Security Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. High level of proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT, Teams, etc.)

Job Requirements:

Bilingual in English and Korean preferred * Must be currently authorized to work in any company in the US for other than practical training
