Global Frozen Foods distributes fresh produce to local markets and restaurants. We supply frozen fruits and vegetables globally. Our office & warehouse is located in Chula Vista, CA.

We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team and provide administrative support to the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling daily office operations, organizing files, handling the receivables, sending statements, collecting payments, and calling/emailing customer accounting departments . This position requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor. Bilingual skill is a plus!

Responsibilities:

Experience with QuickBooks is a must! Maintain office supplies and equipment. Maintain a current Accounts Receivable with all customers. Send Statements to customers and collect receivables from customers. Organize and maintain filing systems with invoices. Perform basic bookkeeping tasks using Quickbooks. Provide general administrative support to staff members.

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
