The Vibe Coworking Space, located in Pineville, LA, is Central Louisiana's only all-inclusive office and shared space. The Vibe offers multiple memberships for businesses seeking a formal business address, flexible office space, meeting rooms, and a supportive community.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Administrator at The Vibe Coworking Space in Pineville, LA. This person will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, overseeing membership offerings, providing support to all members and non members. This position also provides full support to all meeting room bookings and special events.
Qualifications
Proven experience in an office setting
Strong organization and customer services skills
Experience in facilities management
Proficiency in file maintenance and organization
Familiarity with video conferencing technology is a plus
Independent, able to work without daily oversight.
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Knowledge of event planning and coordination
Ability to work well in a collaborative and diverse environment
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Understanding of social media for business accounts is a preferred
Microsoft office experience
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of community and membership activities including but not limited to member registration, membership perks and benefits, coordinating member appreciation activities and showing prospective members available spaces and membership packages.
Oversight of daily operations includes coordinating with vendors and service providers while managing cost effective and consistent inventory. Space cleanliness and presentation is critical for our members and essential to our core values and branding. All walkways, outdoor spaces and and areas throughout space should be free of leaves, and debris, cleanliness throughout the work space, bathrooms and community areas for our members, guests, and prospective clients.
The ideal candidate for this job has reliable transportation, is self motivated to explore member recruitment strategies, works with little to no oversight and take initiative.
This a 1099 position and does not offer benefits. M-Th 8am-4pm Fri 8-12:00pm- bookings or scheduled meeting may impact Friday hours.
