Position: Office Administrator



The Office Administrator at Lone Peak Psychiatry provides essential administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of our psychiatry practice. This role focuses on clerical, organizational, and operational tasks rather than staff oversight or management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, highly organized, and comfortable working in a mental health care setting that values professionalism, discretion, and compassion.

Key Responsibilities



Administrative Support:

Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to support clinic operations, maintain office supplies, equipment inventory, and place orders as needed. Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking, as well as processing payroll and managing accounts payable/receivable.

Documentation & Compliance Support:

Assist with maintaining accurate documentation and records and support HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards by organizing trainings

Human Resources Support:

Assist with administrative aspects of hiring, including posting positions, coordinating interviews, and preparing hiring paperwork. Help with onboarding, and employee record management, ensuring compliance with workplace policies.

Project Assistance:

Support leadership with projects, SOP updates, or workflow improvements and assist with creating templates, forms, or internal guides

Credentialing & Licensing Support:

Assist providers with license renewals, credentialing paperwork, or continuing education documentation

What We're Looking For



1+ years of experience in office administration Strong organizational and time-management skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
