Job Summary


We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to oversee daily office operations and support our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative, communication, and organizational skills, with experience in office management, bookkeeping, and Human Resources. This role involves managing schedules, vendor relationships, and ensuring smooth workflow.

Duties



Manage calendar scheduling and coordinate appointments for staff Handle bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing and expense tracking Assist with payroll processing and human resources functions such as onboarding and employee records management Organize and supervise office supplies inventory and filing systems Maintain accurate records through filing, data entry, and document management Provide clerical support such as preparing reports and correspondences

Experience



Proven experience in office administration or office management roles Strong background in clerical work, bookkeeping, or administrative support Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software preferred Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $58,376.67 per year

Work Location: In person
