Tax Office Administrator / Receptionist (Part-Time, Seasonal)
A small, fast-paced tax office is seeking a professional, detail-oriented, and customer-service-focused individual to join our team as a Tax Office Administrator / Receptionist.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering phone calls, providing accurate information, and taking clear messages
- Scheduling appointments and communicating with clients
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail, fax, and email
- Assembling, scanning, organizing, and tracking tax documents
- Assisting with tax return preparation and general office support
Ideal candidate qualifications:
- Tagalog-speaking is preferred
- Prior experience in a tax, accounting, or bookkeeping office is a plus
- Basic computer and office skills
- Reliable, organized, and comfortable working in a busy environment
Schedule & position details:
- Part-time, seasonal position
- Evenings and weekends only
- January through mid-April
