Job Description


& Responsibilities:

  • The role is intended to track and manage numerous end-user communications for a critical project related to collaboration tools migration which includes: Drafting content
  • Managing the communications review process to ensure the appropriate people review and provide input on the content.
  • Working with OCM counterparts to gather the appropriate end-user distribution list.
  • Maintaining the communications tracker to ensure items are progressing as needed to meet deployment timelines. Communication types include emails, PowerPoint presentations, posters, digital signage, SharePoint portal, etc.

Education/Experience
  • Bachelor Degree required
  • Prosci\'s Change Management Certification is preferred
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
  • Experience as Change Management specialist on Collaboration Tools migration preferred.
  • Familiarity with project management approaches and tools
  • Strong analytic and decision making abilities
  • Problem solving and root cause analysis skills
  • Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Able to work effectively at all levels of leadership in client organizations
  • Must be a team player and able to work with and through others

Time Management Skills:
  • Skills in managing time and organizing own work
  • Work well under pressure and adhere to strict timelines
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities.

Required Interpersonal Skills:
  • Good verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to connect and communicate effectively in a team environment;
  • Ability to resolve basic problems with minimal supervision;
  • Adaptability to a changing environment as per the demands of the work unit and staff;
  • Ability to work under instruction and take guidance.
  • Ability to understand business needs and apply the appropriate designs and technologies to meet the needs.
  • Ability to communicate with business users and all levels of management
  • Demonstrates exceptional negotiation, planning, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills to lead a team and achieve results.
  • Ability to work with ambiguous and incomplete information. Resourceful.
  • Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
