The role is intended to track and manage numerous end-user communications for a critical project related to collaboration tools migration which includes: Drafting content
Managing the communications review process to ensure the appropriate people review and provide input on the content.
Working with OCM counterparts to gather the appropriate end-user distribution list.
Maintaining the communications tracker to ensure items are progressing as needed to meet deployment timelines. Communication types include emails, PowerPoint presentations, posters, digital signage, SharePoint portal, etc.
Education/Experience
Bachelor Degree required
Prosci\'s Change Management Certification is preferred
Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
Experience as Change Management specialist on Collaboration Tools migration preferred.
Familiarity with project management approaches and tools
Strong analytic and decision making abilities
Problem solving and root cause analysis skills
Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
Able to work effectively at all levels of leadership in client organizations
Must be a team player and able to work with and through others

Skills in managing time and organizing own work
