Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced
Healthcare Administrator
to oversee the daily operations of our healthcare facility in Parkersburg, WV. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, manage staff, and optimize patient care services while maintaining operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the healthcare facility, including administrative and clinical functions.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations.
Develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures to maintain high-quality patient care.
Manage budgeting, financial reporting, and resource allocation.
Supervise, train, and support healthcare staff to promote a positive work environment.
Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and regulatory bodies as needed.
Monitor patient satisfaction and implement process improvements for enhanced care delivery.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field (Master's preferred).
Proven experience in healthcare management or administration.
Strong knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
