Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator located near the Las Vegas, NV area. The Licensed Nursing Home Administrator will oversee the daily operations of the nursing home, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, managing budgeting and financial planning, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. The role includes overseeing staff training and development, coordinating long-term care for residents, and ensuring high standards of elder care. This role includes a competitive salary along with a generous incentive plan.

Qualifications

Nursing Home Administrator license is required Expertise in Nursing Home Administration and Long-term Care Strong skills in Leadership and Training Proficiency in Elder Care Licensed Nursing Home Administrator qualification Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively and foster teamwork Experience in healthcare management is a plus Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field
