Position Summary

Coventry Respiratory & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our clinical team. As an RN, you will play a vital role in delivering quality care, supporting residents with complex medical needs, and ensuring a safe and positive environment.

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with standards of practice and facility policies. Monitor, assess, and document resident conditions and progress. Administer medications and treatments as ordered. Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and interdisciplinary team members. Supervise and guide Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). Ensure accurate and timely completion of required documentation. Participate in care planning, resident/family education, and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Rhode Island (in good standing). Strong clinical and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused. Previous long-term care or rehab experience preferred, but not required.
